If you really want to find easy success in marketing, solve important problems.
As a therapist I was always so frustrated by patients who would refuse to schedule unless they had 10AM on MWF, or patients who would call to cancel a scheduled appointment because they already had a “blowout” scheduled.
If hair care is more important that PT care we are not solving important problems.
Once I switched to focusing on post surgical care and total knee replacement care specifically, my business life changed.
Cancels and no-shows almost completely disappeared. Complaints about high copays nearly vanished. Patients would accept any time slot on the schedule and preferred the slower times that are normally harder to fill.
I hear people say… “Marketing doesn’t work for me!” but the reality is nobody wants what you are selling.
If we keep doing the same thing we can’t expect to see different results.
